Q. How do I Book?

A. To book with Deegee, simply call us on 01205 270478 or 07919 871449 or fill the the on-line booking form on our website. Alternatively you can text on 07919 871449, There has never been so many ways to book a bouncy castle.

Q. How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?

A. You can book any time however we recommend you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially if you require a particular inflatable but we will also try our very best to fit in next day or even same day bookings.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. At Deegee Inflatables we are so confident of our competitive prices, we keep them displayed on-line with no hidden costs (Only delivery cost outside the free area).

Q. What included in the price?

A. All inflatable booking charges includes delivery on the day at a specified time to suit yourself, installation of the inflatable by our professional team collection of the inflatables later that day/night. Deegee also provide our customers with extension cables and safety mats free of charge.

Q. What sort of surface do you need for the inflatable?

A. Inflatables situated outdoors needs to be set up on a flat surface preferably a grassy area where the unit can be staked down. We also have sand bags where stakes are unable to be used. The area must be clear of sharp objects such as rocks etc, not muddy or covered in dog's mess. we reserve the right to cancel the booking and not install our equipment on unsuitable ground. slides and obstacle courses must be placed on grass only.

Q. How long do I get the equipment for?

most parties/events are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle before 11pm (or earlier if required), we will then come and take the castle away after your party, we start collection from 6pm, pick up time can be arranged later or the following day for an additional fee, but needs to be arranged when you book.If you have book a hall for your party we can accommodate special delivery times providing it is confirm at the time of the booking.

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?

A. No deposit is required, but if customers feel more satisfied to pay the full amount up front, we will be more than happy to oblige.

Q. How do I pay?

A. Most people choose to pay cash on delivery or on-line payment or cheques two weeks in advance, We do not accept credit card payments at present. We only accept payment at time of delivery on a non-refundable basis.

Q. What if I need to cancel?

A. You can cancel up to 8.00 pm on the evening before but as much notice as possible in appreciated. If we arrive to deliver your castle but no cancellation has been made we will charge s £25 fee.

Q. What if it rains?

A. Some of our castles have built in shower covers so can still be used in showery conditions. Bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain due to safety reasons. If the weather is too bad we will ring you on the day to either arranged another date or to cancel. If we decide to cancel all monies will be refunded as you do not charge of a wet weather cancellation fee.

Q. Can you set up concrete/driveways/decking?

A. We can set up our castles on grass, tarmac, concrete and decking. We use our clips on sand-bags to weight the inflatables in this instance, extra safety mats and ground sheets to protect the underneath of the inflatable. Please advise us when booking. We do not supply slides on hard

Q. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

A. The bouncy castles take approximately 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack away by our efficient staff. However this is only an estimate and time may very depending on which castle you hire as larger units/slides etc. and multiple hires take longer.

Q. How much space is needed

A. We need a 3ft wide clear access to deliver most castles. You will need different amounts of space for each castle so please call if you are unsure of the on-line sizes. Please make sure all dog mess, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. Please note that the inflatables cannot be touching any walls, fencing, trees, garden buildings etc... as these will damage inflatables.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of children that can use the castle/slide/obstacle course

A. Yes each castle/slide/obstacle course has a guide printed on the side/front, and our staff also advise you on the capacities of our inflatables during the safety given on each delivery.

Q. Can you deliver with no side entrance and take a castle through the house?

A. Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use a large sack trolley, unfortunately it it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet! Please contact us to discuss what options are available to you prior to booking.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes, We are fully insured for public liability cover and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied on request.

Q. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

A. No this is not possible how ever if it is a very slight grass slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to booking just give us a call we may have to come out to assess the site (Free of Charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

1) In the event of heavy rain or high winds (+24 Mph), it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off and not used'

2) This unit has an age limit of (Please check ) years. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.

3) No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable.(to avoid choking & mess).

4) All shoes, badges, jeweller, (i.e. large earrings, necklaces etc.) MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.

5) No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or "silly string" must be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit.

6) No smoking near the inflatable.

7) Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

8) A responsible adult must supervise the INFLATABLE at all times.

9) Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.

10)Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision.

11) If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, this will reduce your electric bill!

12)Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.

13)Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.

14) Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.

15) In the event of heavy rain or high winds (+24 Mph), it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off and not used'

16) In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower and inform us IMMEDIATELY.

17) Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

COVID-19 Announcement.

We are delighted to announce that we are now taking steps to start hiring inflatables again after temporarily closing due to the coronavirus outbreak. We are now operating strictly under the following conditions to help keep everyone safe:

1. Please note we will not be able to hire to you if anyone who will be using the bouncy castle is showing, or in the 10 days before the party, has shown any signs of the coronavirus.

2. Regrettably, we cannot carry equipment through your home. We must have clear access to your BACK garden (e.g. through a side entrance or back-gate, or temporary removal of a fence panel).

3. Our equipment will be professionally and carefully cleaned and sanitized before it is delivered to you.

4. If you do NOT have an outdoor socket, then your own 13 amp extension lead will need to be plugged in and put outside for us to plug into before our arrival.

5. Payment must be made online (e.g. BACS) to avoid contact

6. If anyone at the party (or who shares the same household) has any symptoms of COVID-19 or starts to develop symptoms during the hire then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must immediately be informed of this.

7. Please respect social distancing of at least 2 metres at all times whilst we are in your back garden, especially when we are pointing out the safety guidelines for inflatable play.
